The Role

• Cook and prepare food items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the CDC.
• Check equipment before use to ensure setup is complete 
• Assemble cleaned machine parts and set controls to proper pasta mix settings 
• Review requisition and batch sheets to ensure all items and quantities received are correct 
• Verify temperatures, ratios, and set points match the batch sheet 
• Perform daily scale audits 
• Perform pasta sheer tests and yield tests ensuring they meet target specifications and required numbers 
• Assist in food inventory and control while properly receiving and storing delivered items
• Consistently follow and complete prep lists according to company guidelines 
• Label/Date prepared products accurately and follow First In First Out rules when managing storage
• Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelines

Who You Are

Preference will be given to those who possess:

• Similar pasta-making experience, or relevant culinary experience
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Valid Food Handling Certificate
• Passionate, Positive, and Approachable
