Every child matters. Today marks #orangeshirtday and Canada's National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Both the grassroots Indigenous-led organization and federal statutory holiday commemorate the residential school experience, offering everyone the opporunity to witness and honour the healing journey of the survivors of residential schools and their families, and to commit to the ongoing process of reconciliation. @gusto54restaurantgroup sees today and every day as an opportunity to create meaningful discussion about the effects of residential schools and the painful history they have left behind.
