Gusto 101 Visa Infinite Dinner

On May 9th, we brought the warmth of Jamaica and Italy to Toronto at our very FIRST Visa Infinite Dinner. To create this transporting evening of culinary exploration, we enlisted the help of Gusto 54 Executive Chef, Elio Zannoni, who joined forces with chefs Donavon Campbell of soon-to-launch Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen and Evan Funke of Felix Los Angeles to create a flavour-packed, multi-course dinner that was most definitely on point. Guests sipped on refreshing Red Stripes, glasses of prosecco, and homemade rum punch while sampling a sneak-peek taste of Chubby’s signature Salt Cod Fritters, Pepper Shrimp and Papaya Salad, followed by a mouthwatering barrage of old and new Gusto favourites like Chef Funke’s (AKA the Pasta Maestro) famous Gnocchetti al Pesto Genovese, and Chef Zannoni’s sweet creation, the Rhubarb e Mascarpone. With so many tasty eats on offer, this was definitely an infinitely delicious evening (see what we did there?)
